What Is HUSSC?
The HealthierUS School Challenge (HUSSC) is a nationwide, school-based, recognition program for excellence in nutrition and physical education.
It is not a competition with other schools. The HUSSC brings together students, teachers, principals, parents and food service to be recognized as leading the way to healthy lifestyles for youth.
Your school may ALREADY be making choices that qualify toward the challenge!
Schools that sign up are supported by First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” initiative, USDA and here in Texas, Texas Department of Agriculture.
